Improved Social Anxiety
We adopted our dog, name Opal, at the animal shelter in May of 2020. Having a pet definitely helped with my mental health and taking her out on walks were also good mental breaks from being cooped up inside.
This is a picture of Comet F3 Neowise, which was one of the few comets visible to the naked eye in July of 2020 from my house in Texas and was one of the brightest comets of the century.
I kept in contact with friends through facetime and discord calls. I usually called people a few times a week, which probably helped me not go crazy.
I still remained a part of multiple clubs on campus and attended meetings over zoom.
